Duel Puzzle 1. You know your opponent is playing an OTK deck, which means they will probably win if they are able to complete their turn. It just so happens that there is one way to win the game: summon Shooting Quasar Dragon.

In a private message, please have a step-by-step list of instructions for what you would do with the above cards to summon Shooting Quasar Dragon. You will get points if the steps are actually correct, and how accurately you describe the scenario for a maximum of 50. If you wish, you can provide an extra set of instructions for 20 bonus points (I know of at least three different combinations that can play Shooting Quasar).
