ok spell speeds are the speed of effects, they range from spell speed 1, 2, or 3
they are used for chains, you may only chain to an effect with a spell speed 2 or higher, and the next card I the chain must be of equal or greater spell speed
spell speed example:
player 1 plays heavy storm
player two chains threatening roar
player 1 chains solemn judgment
the chain would go solemn judgment, threatening roar, and then heavy storm, but solemn judgment negates threatening roar, leaving your monsters to attack without worries of traps
Missing Points: Should have used the key word resolve when referring to effects "going" in the chain and that spell speed 1 effects can only be activated on you're own turn. Otherwise Flawless.
