1. Only one person can be a certain character, i.e. two people can’t pick Yugi.
2. In order to call a character post it who you want to be on the tournament post, first people to claim are the first to receive.
3. Say who you want your partner to be
4. No banned cards; only allowed to use cards that have been used by the character at some point (number of copies does not follow this rule). Cards like Dark Hole and Heavy Storm are exempt to this rule.
5. You can only use cards that are available during the era of the characters; so no Xyz monsters for Duel Monsters characters
6. The following cards are not allowed:
Solemn Judgment
Solemn Warning
Dark Bribe
Burn cards (Volcanic is ok though)
7. Must have devpro installed and ready to go. This is where the matches will occur.
8. Deck must be at least 45 cards
9. Full coordination between players during the tag duels is allowed. Collaboration on one another’s decks is encouraged.
10. You and your partner’s characters must be from the same era, e.g. both must be from Duel Monsters, if one is using Kaiba.



Last rule is zexal Decks are Banned, Only decks from 5Ds and older can be used.
